VIRGINIA LEE is the co-author of Maritime Flavours: Guidebook and Cookbook as well as many other cookbooks that specialize in Canadian and coastal Maritime cuisine. She is a native Nova Scotian and divides her time between Lower Canard, Nova Scotia, and North Palm Beach, Florida.
