Description
Kenneth Whyte was the editor of Saturday Night magazine and the founding editor of the National Post newspaper before he arrived at Maclean’s magazine in 2005, both as editor and publisher. He promptly redesigned and revitalized the national current affairs weekly. But instead of writing each week’s editorial, Whyte took the reins of the “Interview,” an in-depth conversation with a prominent personality, which appeared in the opening section of each week’s magazine. In this collection, Volume 1, we feature some of his interviews with the powerful and the political, from Bill Gates to Conrad Black; Stephen Harper and Michael Ignatieff.
