Jessica Mitton is a Culinary Nutrition Expert and an award-winning Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant. She has been featured in multiple publications and media channels, including the Academy of Culinary Nutrition's From Scratch cookbooks, CBC radio, and the national magazine, Optimyz. Jessica is the author of the hit cookbook, Some Good, which was shortlisted for a Taste Canada award. When she is not busy creating in her kitchen, Jessica co-authors the lifestyle blog, Some Good Living, with her husband, Gareth.
