Editorial Reviews

"In teen sleuth Robyn Hunter's fifth caper, a favorite new teacher becomes a stalker's target—or does she? Building suspense and folding in puzzlingly ambiguous clues, information about typical stalker behavior, and burgeoning romantic complications for Robyn and her divorced mother, McClintock brings her tale to a violent but not fatal climax capped by a baroque yet credible twist. Readers who prefer their mysteries spun around affairs of the heart and finished off with a neat package of confessions and explications will enjoy this latest episode and look forward to the next." --Booklist

Shadow of Doubt (Robyn Hunter Mystery)

When her teacher receives an ominous package, Robyn wonders who could have sent it. Is Ms Denholm being stalked? If she isn’t, then who sent her such a “gift”? Robyn wants to know. And that’s not the only strange thing going on — what’s behind the garbled call she got from Nick?
