About the authors
Jutta Brunnée is a professor in the Faculty of Law at the University and hold the Metcalf Chair in Environmental Law.
Brenda Cossman is Professor of Law at the University of Toronto, and taught at the Osgoode Hall Law School from 1988 to 1999.
Andrew Green is a professor and the Metcalf Chair in Environmental Law at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
Benjamin Alarie holds the Osler Chair in Business Law in the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and is an affiliated faculty member at the Vector Institute for Artificial Intelligence.
