About the authors

Dr. Larry Axelrod is Dean of the Vancouver Campus of the Adler School of Professional Psychology. A social psychologist, Larry Axelrod, PhD provides consultation, training, strategic facilitation, and dispute resolution services for public and private sector organizations across Canada. He is currently President and Managing Director of The Neutral Zone Coaching and Consulting Services. He works with organizations and individuals to help them understand differences and overcome disputes through the engagement of ethical, respectful, and progressive people practices.
