Description
In this book, 12 leading chefs in three Canadian cities share their ideas and feelings about food, with intimacy, insight and humour. For them, the creation of food is synonymous with life. A Passion for Food combines secrets of how they define taste and create their dishes, and also delves into personal experiences, their lives in the kitchen, and the stamina, decication and loves it takes to be a chef, whether at a neighbourhood bistro or a four-star hotel.
