Trina Markusson is a teacher/speaker who loves to share the gift of living in the present moment with children and adults alike. She lives in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada with her three sons and husband. When she isn’t in her classroom, Trina enjoys playing outside, biking, sitting in nature, visiting family and cheering on her sons in football.
