Description

While in hot pursuit of an alien invader (a bug), Binky accidentally falls out the space station porthole (bathroom window) and finds himself in outer space (outside) for the very first time. But just as Binky begins to explore, he discovers that his copilot, Ted (stuffed mousie), is trapped beneath an enemy warship (wasps' nest)! She is the author and illustrator of a number of books for children, including Small Saul and the Adventures of Binky the Space Cat. She was the recipient of the 2011 Silver Birch Express Award and the 2011 Hackmatack Award for Binky the Space Cat and was shortlisted for a Joe Shuster Comics for Kids Award and an Eisner Award for Binky Under Pressure. Ashley currently lives in British Columbia.

Binky to the Rescue (Binky Adventure)

In this delightfully funny tale, Binky is an official certified space cat who will stop at nothing to protect his space station from alien invasion. When he finds himself in outer space (outside), he is attacked by aliens (wasps), but luckily his humans save him. When he discovers that Ted, his copilot and best friend, has been left behind, Binky plots to return to outer space to save him. Book Two in the series.
