Atwood Gibson Writers' Trust Finalists 2021
On September 29, The Writers’ Trust of Canada announced five finalists for the $60,000 Atwood Gibson Writers’ Trust Fiction Prize. The award recognizes the best novel or collection of short stories published in Canada each year and was recently renamed in honour of iconic Canadian writers Margaret Atwood and Graeme Gibson, co-founders of the Writers’ Trust. Starting in 2021, the prize is funded by businessman and philanthropist Jim Balsillie.
