Description

This is the first in a new series of Q&A based business assessment guidebooks from Bold World Books. The guide's questions build an in-depth evaluation of an organization's readiness to embark on a program of strategic change. Together, the answers to these questions form a valuable decision-making guide when planning and implementing business strategies. The book is organized as a series of checklist questionaires that look for each of seven important characteristics of a change ready organization - responsible leadership, a common perceived need, a clearly comprehended vision, mobilized stakeholders, a supportive systems infrastructure, progress management, and a multi-term perspective. It uses closed questions to reveal the specific attributes of the organization being assessed and may be used to evaluate the "personality" of specific business units, departments or the overall organization.
