You've seen him on stage, but have you ever heard the man behind the microphone? America's Got Talent 2013 semi—finalist John Wing is a comedian who shares his jokes on stage and shares his emotions and experiences through poetry. He started in small—town Sarnia and made his way to big-time Los Angeles. He's previously been published by Black Moss Press with his 2014 collection of poetry, Why-Shaped Scars. His next book of poetry, I'll Be There Soon, will be published in April of 2016.

Along with guest starring on the legendary Tonight Show with Jay Leno a total of six times, John Wing Jr. has also played at nine Just For Laughs comedy festivals, five Winnipeg Comedy Festivals, and has over 150 television appearances. One of his best known appearances was on season 8 of America's Got Talent in 2013, during which he remained in the competition until the semi-finals. John can currently be heard on CBC radio's show The Debaters. In 2012 he created, co-wrote, and took part in performing a CBC radio sitcom Man, Woman, & Child.
