Description
In this collection of short stories, twenty-two contributors write about the lives, joys and struggles of women. Broad in scope, Frictions II looks at the variety and complexity of women's experiences today. Issues of race, sexuality, age and class are powerfully addressed. Several writers challenge the reader with their explorations of our cultural diversity. This is a vital collection, rich in its breadth of subject and style, and illuminating in its understanding of women's lives.
