William J. Knaus, EdD, is a licensed psychologist with more than forty years of clinical experience in working with people suffering from anxiety and depression. He has appeared on numerous regional and national television shows including the Today Show, and more than 100 radio shows. His ideas have appeared in national magazines such as U.S. News and World Report and Good Housekeeping, and major newspapers such as the Washington Post and the Chicago Tribune. He is one of the original directors of trainingin rational emotive behavior therapy. Knaus is author of twenty books, including The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Anxiety , The Cognitive Behavioral Workbook for Depression , and The Procrastination Workbook . Sam Klarreich, PhD, is president of The Berkeley Centre for Effectiveness in Toronto, Canada. He is author of 'Pressure Proofing' and five other books. Russell Grieger, PhD, is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice and president of Russell Grieger and Associates, an organizational consulting company. An adjunct professor at the University of Virginia, Grieger has authored six books and over seventy-five professional papers and chapters.
