About the authors
With a Master of Education from the University of Western Ontario and more than 15 years of teaching experience in grades from Kindergarten to Grade 8, Anne Elliott has a proven dedication to literacy. She has shared this dedication professionally as a literacy learning coordinator, literacy coach, librarian, and conference presenter. Anne has created powerful professional learning experiences and educator materials for the Thames Valley District School Board. Anne currently resides in London, Ontario.
Mary Lynch has taught in classrooms ranging from JK to 6 for more than 30 years, and has served as a reading support teacher, and literacy teacher and coach. She is an effective speaker, presenting workshops at the school, district, and provincial level, and in the United States. Mary currently writes and devotes her energy to helping teachers experience more fulfillment and joy in their classrooms. Mary lives in St Thomas, Ontario.
