Description

Communicating with Grammar 1: Skills for Life 2e is a Canadian series for ESL and EFL students who wish to improve their English grammar. It presents clear and concise grammar theory through explanations and examples. Following a four-skills approach, the associated task-based activities contextualize new grammar concepts in a communicative manner. The readings, audio, and activities focus on common personal and professional situations, such as interactions with family, friends, and colleagues, which increases students' comfort and ability in communicating in real life. By the end of the textbook, students will be prepared for further study or work in an English-speaking environment.

Level 1 is designed for students with basic English skills who need to build a solid foundation of major verb tenses and of sentence structure.
