Sobhi Al-Zobaidi is an independent filmmaker, University lecturer, and co-owner of Canada's first Palestinian restaurant for traditional Palestinian dishes, Tamam. Born and raised in Palestine, he now lives in Vancouver with his wife and two daughters.
