Meg Stanley, MA, wrote this book as senior research historian at Commonwealth Historic Resource Management Limited in Vancouver. She is also the author, with Hugh Wilson, of Station Normal: The Power of the Stave River and has worked on other book projects, including research for the history of the National Energy Board.
