Michel Roux

Michel Roux is a French-born chef who resides in the UK, France, and Switzerland. Michel and his brother Albert founded Le Gavroche in 1967, the first restaurant in the UK to receive three Michelin stars. Along with his son Alain, Michel is proprietor of the Waterside Inn, a three Michelin star restaurant in Bray, outside of London. He wrote the foreword to Tin Fish Gourmet, a cookbook by Barbara-jo McIntosh.
