Judith Pellerin was born and raised in Welland, Ontario. In 1964, she joined the School Sisters of Notre Dame andspent 18 years as a member of this religious community. During this time, she completed her BA degree in religious studies. In 1980, she moved to Saskatchewan where she obtained her master of education degree in Saskatoon then moved to Regina, which has been home ever since.
Judith is an educator, having taught for 16 years at the elementary school level, and worked for 13 years as a parish assistant. Her growing interest in alternative healing led her to attend the Care Through Touch Institute in Berkeley, California where she received a certificate in Massage: The Art of Anointing. She also completed all levels of training to become a Reiki master. Judith is also trained as a spiritual director for the Archdiocese of Regina and has beeninvolved in spiritual direction since 1998. Most recently, Judith took on a part-time position in her parish coordinating spiritual care for the elderly and sick. In addition to these ministries, she also leads occasional workshops, retreats and reflection evenings.
Judith served as the editor for A Book of WOWS, a collection of wow experiences shared by various people. Dancing My Life, Dancing My God is Judith's first serious attempt at writing and she hopes you find it both inspirational and challenging.
