Rhonda Parrish has been the publisher and editor-in-chief of Niteblade Magazine since 2007 and is the editor of several anthologies, including Scarecrow and B is for Broken. In addition, Rhonda has had fiction published in Tesseracts Seventeen: Speculating Canada from Coast to Coast, Imaginarium and Mythic Delirium. She lives in Edmonton, Alberta.
