Dennis O'Toole received his Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of British Columbia in 1989. Since that time he has maintained a largely forensic clinical practice and has appeared as an expert witness in Family Court, Youth Court, and other courts. He has worked with both sexual offenders and victims of sexual assault. He has lectured on forensic issues at the University of British Columbia and the University of Northern British Columbia. Until recently he was the Clinical Director, Northern Region, of Youth Forensic Psychiatric Services.
