Irish-born Billy Munnelly abandoned the high end restaurant business in favour of drinking wine full time — and he hasn’t missed a day’s work since. With his lighthearted and irreverent style, Billy teaches people how to buy good wine without breaking the bank. He lives in Toronto and Prince Edward County with his partner Kato Wake. Their wine events, hospitality training and popular "Wine by Mood School" keep them busy travelling around the province.
