JAMES T. MULLIGAN, a Canadian Holy Cross Father, has worked in Catholic secondary education and faith formation for Catholic teachers for 35 years. Since 1990, he has collaborated on a number of Catholic education endeavours at the provincial level and has given lectures and workshops on the subject in Alberta, Saskatchewan, Ontario, and Newfoundland.
