Ted McIntosh is a longtime wine and spirits enthusiast who enjoys membership in a number of societies, including the Canadian Sommelier Guild, the Ontario Wine Society, the Society of Scotch Connoisseurs and Companions of the Quaich. He currently works for Niagara's Henry of Pelham Estate Winery.
