Peter Jowett

Peter Jowett was a national park warden for 17 years, during which he worked in six national parks including Nahanni National Park Reserve. Prior to that he was an Alberta provincial ranger and a canoeing instructor/guide for the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. After joining Fisheries and Oceans Canada as a fishery officer, Peter was stationed for 3 years at Prince Rupert. At present he strives to protect aquatic ecosystems in southern Ontario. Peter, wife Judy and son Dawson continue to pursue their passion of touring Canada, particularly by canoe.
