William G. Godfrey received his Ph.D. degree from Queen’s University and is Associate Professor and Head of the History Department at Mount Allison University in Sackville, New Brunswick. He has published reviews and articles in the Dictionary of Canadian Biography, Acadiensis: Journal of the History of the Atlantic Region, and the Canadian Journal of History.
