Josï¿½e Fiset

A graduate of the ï¿½cole des HEC in Montreal, Josï¿½e Fiset founded the Boulangerie Premiï¿½re Moisson in 1992, with her mother and two brothers. Today she is vice president, marketing and strategic development. She is also the author, with Eric Blais, of Bread.
