Dr. Ton Fattal founded TESLE Enterprises Inc., his business and management consulting company, 25 years ago, and is active in management education and training, contract management, and business combinations. He recently joined Seneca College as a Maanger of Corporate Training & Development to lead a department mandated to offer Seneca's vast resources to organizations worldwide. Tony Fattal earned a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and a M.B.A. from the University of Western Ontario. He was also awarded a doctorate in commercial science from Adam Smith University of America. His articles appear frequently in newspapers, magazines, and trade journals.
