Yves Dumont was born in Boulogne-sur-Mer, France. He spent his childhood there daydreaming and especially drawing, never imagining that he could make a career out of it. Yves graduated from the School of Graphic Research in Brussels in 1999. He moved to Montreal, Quebec, in 2008 pursue his art. A full-time illustrator, Yves has now illustrated more than forty books for children.
