Martin G. Clarke is a senior professional engineer specializing in alternative energy. In his current role as energy manager at Metro Vancouver, Martin identifies, evaluates and recommends renewable-energy projects to reduce energy consumption and overall carbon emissions from the operations of the Greater Vancouver Regional District.
