Daniel L. Ambrosini
Daniel L. Ambrosini is a post-doctoral research fellow at Harvard Law School’s Program on the Legal Profession. He holds a BA in psychology (behavioural neuroscience/philosophy), an LLB/BCL in common and civil law, respectively, and an MSc and PhD in psychiatry from McGill University. During law school, he was a founding member and co-editor-in-chief of the McGill Journal of Law & Health. He is a licensed lawyer with the Law Society of Upper Canada, where he completed national articles practicing criminal law in Quebec and Ontario. His doctoral dissertation examined clinical, ethical, and legal aspects of psychiatric advance directives and the role of autonomy for individuals with mental illness.
