Donna Kearney Adams, daughter of Joseph Kearney and Dorothy Mahoney, was born in Bermuda when her mother was visiting her parents. She came to Newfoundland as an infant and lived most of her life in St. John’s. Donna was educated at Holy Heart of Mary High School and Memorial University. She is a retired teacher who loves to read, walk, hike, and cross-country ski. Like her father before her, she delights in spending time at the family cabin in Mahers. Donna is the mother of a daughter, Riley, and sons Joel and Kieran. She is a devoted “Nonna” to her grandchildren, Sam, Adelaide, and Imogen, who live nearby.
