Description

From the creators of When the Trees Crackle with Cold: A Cree Calendar—pisimwasinahikan comes this engaging activity book that connects young children to the seasonal cycle and encourages them to learn about traditional activities of Northern Saskatchewan’s Cree peoples. Cree vocabulary in the y-, th- and n-dialects enhances the learning experience for Cree speakers and non-Cree speakers alike. The activity book includes colouring pages, hands-on activities, word searches, mazes and templates for crafts.
