About the author
MARINA MICHAELIDES is an Edmonton-based writer and an award-winning documentary film-maker. Prior to settling in Edmonton, Marina worked as a filmmaker in Britain for almost 15 years. She recently wrote and directed a six-part documentary series called Family Restaurant which aired on Food Network Canada.
