Description

A practical guide to building a key competency for dealing with today's stressful environment of rapid change.

Resilience at work matters. It increases our capacity to respond in healthy and productive ways to the many stressors in today's organizations.

In 2019, the World Health Organization concluded that burnout, the outcome of chronic stress at work, is an emerging occupational threat to health and well-being. But work stress is not only an individual person's problem; it is also an organizational issue. And the responsibility for dealing with it starts with leaders.

This practical field guide shows leaders at all levels how to build resilience in themselves, their teams and throughout
the organization, enhancing capacity to deal with adversity and bounce back stronger.
* Shows how you can become a resilient leader who is able to lead others with self-awareness, competence and confidence.
* Offers practical tools, strategies, tips, and checklists that challenge your assumptions, encourage deeper levels of learning, and help you practise resilience on a day-to-day basis.
* Helps you and those you lead fully connect to your work and working relationships, leading to a healthier culture, increased productivity and better business results.

The Resilient Leader Field Guide empowers you to create a positive, engaged culture of collaboration and to nurture a strong, vital workplace where everyone can learn from the inevitable challenges-emerging resilient and able to contribute and thrive.
