A high school senior at Phillips Exeter Academy, Oia Eng grew up in Shanghai, Taipei, New Hampshire, and Toronto. She took an early interest in the F.I.R.E (Financial Independence, Retire Early) movement after reading Robert Kiyosaki’s Rich Dad, Poor Dad and Tim Ferriss’ 4-Hour Work Week. After working long hours as a waitress, tutor, and at other odd jobs, Oia realizes that her time is her most precious commodity.
