Description
On the occasion of the 250th anniversary of the Town of Sackville, New Brunswick, the Owens Art Gallery proudly presented an exhibition which looked at one of Sackville's most beautiful spots, the Mount Allison Ladies' College Pond, or the Swan Pond as it is more commonly known. The exhibition included paintings, video, music, photographs, and archival materials which depicted or took inspiration from this most beloved community site. Planned and presented by the Owens curatorial team of Kristen Atkins, Roxie Ibbitson, Gemey Kelly, Lucy MacDonald, Nicole Sharp and Jane Tisdale, this publication offers an overview of this exhibition in the form of a chronological timeline.
