Description
River Neither is a collection of short lyrical poems, many of which are variations on the sonnet form. In a sense, the entire book is an exploration of "form" and its possibilities. The tone and content is, for the most part, serious, reflective, introspective, and philosophical. Subjects include the stages of an individual life, a person's relationship to the natural environment which is so threatened by climate change, and what is lost, and what may be preserved and gained, in mind and spirit, through the passage of time.
