Description
One Brave Boy and His Cat is the tale of a young child facing one of the difficult realities of pet ownership. The story begins with the boy's family bringing their cat to a veterinarian after it has been hit by a car. It soon become apparent that the damage to the animal is irreversible. The boy's parents try to convince the vet to mislead their son about the severity of the cat's injuries, but after a dicussion with the vet, the boy explains to his parents that euthanasia is the only humane course of action. All involved are amazed at the maturity and humanity of the young boy.
