During your adventure, you'll explore the maze of creation, right up to the magical encounter with the audience. But don't lose your inspiration along the way! Jour de première is an audio game in which you are the hero! By reading aloud the words on the poster, you'll trigger interactive quests using voice recognition. And if you pay close attention, you'll also discover several surprise games!

About the authors

Julie-Anne Ranger-Beauregard est autrice, scénariste, rédactrice et adjointe à la direction artistique de l’Arrière Scène - Centre dramatique pour l'enfance et la jeunesse en Montérégie. Diplômée de l’École nationale de théâtre du Canada et de l’École nationale de l’humour, elle évolue depuis plusieurs années dans le milieu du théâtre. Sa pièce Quatre filles (adaptation du roman Little Women de Louisa May Alcott) a été présentée en 2022 sur les planches du Théâtre Denise-Pelletier et a remporté le prix Françoise-Graton. Précédemment, sa pièce Les inconnus a été finaliste du Prix de la dramaturgie francophone de la SACD en 2015.

Geneviève Lebleu is a multidisciplinary artist from Québec City and is currently based in Montréal. She graduated with distinction from Concordia University in Studio Arts (2016) and completed a semester at Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem (Israel). Her work was featured in various events, exhibitions and festivals in Montréal (Le Vidéographe, GIV [Groupe Intervention Vidéo], Eastern Bloc, Perte de Signal, Festival SOIR, Galerie Galerie) but also abroad--in Israel and in Indiana where she attended her first artist residency in August 2017. Geneviève has been granted funding from both Conseil des arts et lettres du Québec and Canada Council for the Arts. Her work in stop motion animation was featured on national television on CBC Arts The Exhibitionist in November 2018. Outside of her personal art practice she collaborates with artists from the Montréal music scene, creating album cover art, flyers and music videos ("Cours toujours," Paupière) and participating in audiovisual performances. Geneviève has also collaborated with other visual artists such as Montréal-based duo Pénélope et Chloë.
