Bob Kain was the illustrator of Chirp Magazine from the magazine's first issue until 1997. He graduated from the Ontario College of Art and New York City's School of Visual Arts and his career has included running an animation studio and creating newspaper comic strips. He continues to teach cartooning to kids and lives in Barrie, ON.
