Description
Hands-On Social Studies Saskatchewan is filled with a year’s worth of classroom tested activities conveniently bound in one book. It is divided into four units:
- Interactions and Interdependence,
- Dynamic Relationships,
- Power and Authority, and
- Wealth and Resources.
With materials for both teachers and students, it includes the same great features found in all of our Hands-On resources:
- complete, easy-to-follow lessons;
- visuals and blackline masters;
- literacy connections;
- and assessment tools.
Exciting, new features are inquiry questions, cross-curriculum connections, and a guide to developing social studies skills. This resource, developed by experienced educators, matches the Saskatchewan social studies curriculum, which focuses on the province of Saskatchewan.
