Taryn Christiansen never shied away from hard work, yet the challenges she was facing were growing too quickly. Nicola Merrells lives in Surrey, British Columbia, with her husband, son, and several furry dependents. Nicola divides her working life between freelance and contract writing, a library job, teaching a few creative writing classes, and many volunteer hours helping to organize the annual Surrey International Writers' Conference.Nicola holds a bachelor of arts degree from the University of British Columbia and a Creative Writing diploma.She is currently working on her next novel.
