Pierre Ollivier is a senior expert in Intellectual Property, co-founder, and Managing Partner of Winnotek, a French and international IP strategy and management consulting company. He is also co-founder and Managing Director of Kannon M.S.D., an engineering and R&D service company specializing in systems modeling and simulation of multi-phasic and/or multi-physics flows in industrial contexts, machine learning, massive data processing, and data science. Additionally, he is President and co-founder of DIGIFILM Corporation, a startup offering sustainable solutions for archiving valuable digital data. Pierre co-chairs the Business Secrets Stream of the LESI Innovation Trends Committee. Prior to his current positions, Pierre was working in industries particularly sensitive to business secrets, such as pay-TV and nuclear power, where he experienced implementing solid secret management processes.
Graham Bell is the founder and Managing Director of Cubicibuc Limited, an independent IP consulting firm specializing in technical and commercial support related to IP matters. With a background in engineering and product design, Mr. Bell is a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) and has been recognized as a leading IP strategist in the IAM300 since 2015. He is also an active member of the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
Victor de Leon is the Head of the Intellectual Property Department of Accralaw. He advises clients on all aspects of intellectual property, from registration to enforcement. He assists various local and international clients with trademark applications, portfolio maintenance, intellectual property due diligence, and enforcement actions before administrative tribunals and regular courts.
Sylvain Roy is an attorney specialised in business law, technology law, and intellectual property valuation. He is the managing partner of SRA, a boutique firm focused on IP transactions and valuation, primarily serving the technology, media and energy sectors. As an advisor to prominent research centers, start-ups, and global clients, and as the founder of a patent brokerage firm, Mr. Roy has a proven track record of transforming complex challenges into growth opportunities. A frequent speaker on valuation, he is also a member of the Quebec Bar and the Licensing Executives Society (LES).
