About the authors

Angi Sullins' profile page

A mystic in the realm of design and illustration, Silas Toball has always been interested in bringing a deep sense of spirituality to his art and design projects. His inspirations come from old-world fairy tales and myths and the natural curiosity for anything that explores the space between heaven and earth, between the worlds of the unseen and seen, in order to help us find meaning in our lives in the here and now.

Kat Tatz's profile page

A prolific and talented artist, very active both on the Montreal art scene and internationally, Sophie Wilkins has been dedicated to her art since 2003. Even as a child, Sophie was passionate about drawing. She now uses a wide variety of mediums in her work, including acrylic, oil, and coal powder. Although she is devoted mostly to her paintings and murals, she is also becoming involved in cinematography and illustration.

Sophie distinguishes her work through her metaphorical vision of her subjects and her attention to exquisite details. Like visions of the parallel universes that dance in her head, Sophie's paintings represent her awareness of life through a whimsical world where humans and animals coexist and merge to form a certain balance and reach unity. Peaceful warriors populate her works and remind us that each individual is the master of their own destiny.

Carlos Alberto Quintero's profile page

As a child I loved to draw and liked to be creative. I almost was born with a pencil in my hand.

I knew I wanted to do something related to arts. I have graduated from Graphic Design in Darmstadt, Germany and then worked for different advertising agencies in Germany, USA and Switzerland.
