If you are even reading this, you know how much fun it is to give and receive books over the holidays. Books as presents are (a) such a sign you know the tastes and interests of the people you're giving to, (b) super-easy to wrap, and (c) entirely able to be directed to one's very own self. (Who doesn't end up buying three books for themselves when shopping for others at a bookstore? No one we know.)

So now imagine, just imagine, you get 20 beautiful books, chosen by you, in any genre you like, delivered to your door before December 25? A stack of books worth $500? That might happen if you enter our Books for the Holidays contest.

The winner gets to pick 20 books from our site, whether they're fiction, poetry, for kids, cookbooks, whatever. It could be all fiction, or a smattering of everything. It's been a banner year (again) for Canadian books, so the haul would be amazing.
