Jonathan Wills is a journalist who has worked extensively in the press, radio and television, specialising in the oil industry, fishing, agriculture and the environment. Dr. Wills, who has lived in Shetland, on and off, since 1962, has been regularly reporting and commenting on the Sullom Voe project since its inception.
