About the Author
Coco Riot
Coco Guzman (aka Coco Riot) is a visual artist and zine-maker. They are the author of many zines including Llueven Queers, a graphic novel on queer life in Spanish. Their installation, Genderpoo, has been shown and used by activists in South America, Europe, USA and Canada and their most recent piece, Los Fantasmas, reflects on and honours silenced histories in Spain. Coco’s drawings have been published in Shameless, Bitch, Pikara, Art Actuel and .dpi and their murals can be found in museums, community centres, schools, events spaces and living rooms around the world.
