Jeannie Dubois is a certified sommelier and certified cicerone beer server who caught the fermentation bug while living in Niagara. Her love of cider was ratified through her cider certification with the U.S. Association of Cider Makers and certification in cider and perry production at Cornell University. She lives in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
